Minbar Australia provides custom minbar design, construction, delivery, and installation services. All projects are subject to a formal agreement between Minbar Australia and the client, including scope, pricing, timeline, and payment terms.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided through our website are indicative and subject to a formal proposal. Final pricing is confirmed in a signed contract. Prices may vary based on design changes, material costs, and delivery requirements.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit is typically required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion and prior to delivery. Specific payment terms are outlined in individual project contracts.
5. Referral Program
Minbar Australia offers a referral program with a $500 commission per successful referral. Key terms:
- Commission is payable only after a signed contract has been executed between Minbar Australia and the referred mosque, and full payment has been received by Minbar Australia.
- All referrals are subject to verification by Minbar Australia.
- Minbar Australia reserves the right to decline any referral that is a duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible.
- Commission is not payable for mosques already in active discussion with Minbar Australia at the time of referral.
- Referral commissions are subject to any applicable tax obligations of the referrer.
- This program may be modified or discontinued at any time at Minbar Australia's discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and branding, is the property of Minbar Australia and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Minbar Australia provides this website and its content on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on this site. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law.
